Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SOFTFLIX AG, Kurfürstendamm 14, 10719 Berlin, Germany, +49(0)800 7777 199, contact@softflix.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The products sold at softflix.com are digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (activation keys and codes delivered by e-mail and in your customer account). For such content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun the performance of the contract, i.e. when we send you the key or make it available in your account, provided that: (1) you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we have sent you a confirmation of the contract, including this consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium (e-mail).

In the checkout you give this consent by ticking the box “I expressly request that you start delivering the digital content (product key) before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once delivery has started.” In the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you cannot complete the order without giving this consent.

If you do not receive a working key, your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract (replacement, price reduction or refund) remain unaffected; see section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
