Delivery and payment
Delivery of keys
We sell digital content only: activation keys and codes for games, software and gift cards. There is no physical shipping and there are no shipping costs. We deliver the key as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment – usually within a few minutes, and at the latest within 24 hours. You receive the key by e-mail at the address entered in the checkout and, if you have a customer account, in the “Library” of your account. Payment methods that take several days to confirm (for example SEPA Direct Debit) delay delivery accordingly. If you have not received the key within 24 hours, check your spam folder and your account, then contact us with your order number.
Payment methods
Payment is due when you place the order. You can pay with the methods offered in the checkout for your country and currency. Cards (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods such as SEPA Direct Debit, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, Przelewy24, Alipay and WeChat Pay are processed by our payment service provider Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see your full card number. Methods that take several days to confirm (for example SEPA Direct Debit) delay the delivery of the key. We do not offer bank transfer, cash on delivery or payment on account.
Prices, currency and VAT
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the shop and depend on the country from which you access the shop or which you select. For customers in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the price includes VAT at the rate of your country; it is shown in the checkout and on the invoice. For other countries prices are shown without VAT, and local taxes or fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Business customers may enter an EU VAT number in the checkout; after validation, VAT is not charged where the law allows it.
