Scorn เป็นเกมผจญภัยแนวสยองขวัญมุมมองบุคคลที่หนึ่งที่ใช้บรรยากาศโดยรอบ มีฉากหลังเป็นจักรวาลแห่งฝันร้ายที่มีรูปร่างอันแสนประหลาดและบรรยากาศอันอึมครึม
