A Gran Colombia a gyors hadseregekre összpontosít, amelyeket Simón Bolívar hatalmas Comandante tábornokai erősítenek.

- Egyedi egységek: A Gran Colombia két egyedi egységgel rendelkezik:
*A Comandante General egy Nagy Tábornok egyedi képességekkel, beleértve a Passzív és a Visszavonulási hatásokat.
*A Llanero a lovasságot helyettesíti.

*Új "Apokalipszis" játékmód (a játékhoz a Gathering Storm bővítmény szükséges)*
- A meglévő katasztrófák nagyobb változatai.
- Új katonai egység: Jós, egy támogató egység, amely a játékos parancsára természeti katasztrófákat idézhet elő.
- Új pontszerző verseny: Egységek feláldozása vulkánoknak. Megköveteli a jósoktól, hogy egyedi akciójukat vulkán közelében lévő baráti egységeken használják.
- A világ apokaliptikus állapotba kerül, amikor a klímaváltozás eléri a maximális szintet.

*Új erőforrások:*
- Méz. Luxus.
- Kukorica.

- Caguana. Kulturális. Suzerain bónusz: hozzáférés a Batey fejlesztéshez, amely a helyezés alapján Kultúrát ad.
- Szingapúr. Ipari. Suzerain bónusz: termelési bónusz minden külkereskedelmi útvonalra.
- Lahore. Militarista. Suzerain bónusz: Hozzáférés a hit által vásárolt harci egységhez - Nihang - egyedi előléptetési fával.
- Vatikánváros. Vallási. Suzerain bónusz: Vallási nyomás terjedése a Nagy Népek aktiválásakor.
- Taruga. Tudományos. Suzerain bónusz: Tudomány bónusz stratégiai erőforrásonként a városokban.
- Hunza. Kereskedelem. Suzerain bónusz: Aranybónusz a kereskedelmi útvonal távolságáért.\ A játék aktiválásához szükséged lesz egy harmadik féltől származó "Steam" fiókra. Az aktiválás teljes részleteit ezen a linken találod: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5414-TFBN-1352.
