“The school: White day” è un videogioco con grafica 3D del genere survival horror dal tipico ""sapore"" orientale. Il gioco è ambientato in una scuola superiore, istituto che fa da sfondo a svariate leggende in molte culture asiatiche. In questa storia misteriosa e al contempo terrificante, il protagonista e alcune studentesse finiscono intrappolati nell’edificio a causa di un motivo tutto da svelare.
Il gioco non presenta schermate o scene raccapriccianti e sanguinarie. Non ci sono inoltre zombie e i personaggi non sono dotati di pistole né di alcun tipo di arma. Il protagonista è un comune studente delle superiori che quindi non può far altro che fuggire o nascondersi dal bidello impazzito, da ogni sorta di evento soprannaturale e fantasma che incontra sul suo cammino. Infine, delle quattro studentesse intrappolate nella scuola, solamente una ce la farà a scappare insieme al protagonista.

El proagonista es un simple estudiante que deberá defenderse de conserjes poseídos, superar distintos fenómenos sobrenaturales y huir de cualquier fantasma que aparezca.
