We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to fulfill a Gift Card purchase and we will refund the transaction in such a case. If we believe that you are misusing or selling Gift Cards to others in any way, either at the time of purchase or afterwards, we reserve the right to block your Gift Card and close your Lieferando account without prior notice to you. Lieferando reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its Gift Cards. Lieferando is not responsible for Gift Cards sold or distributed by third parties that are not authorized by Lieferando. In no event shall Lieferando be liable to you for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Lieferando has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Gift cards are valid for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
